Back in 1990 I went to visit a few friends up in Toronto,CAN.What was cool is i spent a month there and got to see and meet 3 of my favorite bands.Razor,Sacrifice and Anvil.
This was the flyer for the Razor gig,it was in a small redneck town out in nowhere land.but it was one hell of a show i couldn't believe that after all the years of following this band i finally got to see them.I have no pictures of any of the shows i seen but their all on my video list.Sacrifice i only got to see rehearse but it was still cool hanging out with them.
Here's me and Colin"MADDOG"Brown getting toasted before we went off to see Anvil.This guy is one crazy fucker and a legend in his own time up there.He was a roadie for Anvil at one time and when he went to europe with the band,he got to do the sound check for Venom cause he sounded just like Cronos and i tell ya he does.I still keep in touch with him till this very day.One of the coolest things he ever did was to send Lips of Anvil over to my place to deliver some videos he sent me. i was shocked at the sight when i opened the door and there he was.unfortunately i never got a pic but maybe one day he will pop up again cause his parents live down here.
I Tried putting up a letter Dave Carlo(RAZOR) sent me after i cameback but my scanner wouldn't let it comeout good enough,but it mainly said that he was happy to have met me and that to look out for them on tour and that to look at the credits on the next album and i did and he thanks me on "OPEN HOSTILITY"which is super cool.
